Calf rubbed on edges and corners, with minor wear loss on head/tail of spine, top board detached. Binding in good condition. Internally, text block holding firm, no loose pages, previous owners bookplate. Pages in good clean condition throughout. Book written following the renewal of hostilities between Britain and France in 1803 and prior to Napoleon's coronation as Emperor. The account is highly critical of Napoleon.A102.HB Price:
